I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and I was impressed with the conference facilities they provided. The hotel had spacious meeting rooms and a business center, which made it convenient for my work purposes. Additionally, the staff was helpful and the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby shopping mall.

The only service that I missed for my work was the absence of a printer in the business center. It would have been convenient to have a printer available for printing documents and important papers during my stay.

The walls were very thin and we were able to hear people talking in the hallway and even in the next room. the cleaning staff missed servicing our room one day, despite our request for them to clean it.

Title: Fantastic Family Stay

My wife says that having more kids' activities would have made the stay even better for families.

The convivial setting of the restaurant overlooking the picturesque landscape of Moscow was a delightful surprise. The Arbat district just a half-hour walk away across the Borodino Bridge was like stepping into a world of famous theaters and museums. The hotel's location, adjacent to a huge mall with a variety of dining options, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The Gourmet Bar at the hotel offered a rich breakfast that satisfied my cravings and the bar menu had a great selection of drinks for business meetings and social gatherings. The Novotel room itself was perfect for all my needs, truly a place for living.

Loved the "rich" breakfasts and "perfect" facilities. Also, the staff were so helpful in "ensuring" I had a 40% more expensive taxi. Such a treat!

Who needs reliable wifi? And who wants accurate billing?

We loved this hotel! The location is so convenient, just outside the metro station and close to train station, making it so easy to get around this city. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention to detail in maintaining it. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel facilities were great - we especially loved the gym and pool. Lastly, the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Located near a large shopping center and close to the metro station, this hotel offers convenience to business travelers. the rooms are clean, and the gym and pool area are adequate. Good breakfast options are available that cater to different preferences.

Some staff members were less than helpful and rudeness was reported at times.

The Novotel room was truly a home away from home for me, satisfying all my needs. The comfortable rooms provided a private bathroom with free toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise. With minibars and flat-screen televisions, I truly felt at ease and able to unwind after a long day.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion!
